Anyway, let’s take a closer look at the website.
Its homepage is looking pretty modern and trustworthy. Here, you can find all information that you would be interested in as a website guest. The tabs at the top of the screen will help you to get familiar with the Essay Pro team of writers, list of services, the process of making the order, customers’ testimonials, and more. The writers are presented accordingly to their ratings. You can also filter them by the subject, the percentage of finished orders, or the number of all orders.

My experience
Since I had a 4-page assignment that I needed to get done by the end of the week, I thought it would be a nice idea to make use of the EssayPro service. It should have been my first order, so I registered first. To do that, I clicked on the ‘Sign up’ button at the top right corner of the screen.
The process is quite easy and can be done either through the form below or with a Google account. You can also sign up with Facebook.
I used the first method of sign-up and the website showed me a window of confirmation through my email. So I checked my inbox and clicked on the respective link to finalize my sign-up. After that, I was able to see my Essay Pro dashboard. It looked like this.
As you can see, it is quite minimalistic and easy to understand. There are three tabs at the top. At the ‘Notification settings’ tab, you can remove or add ways of receiving notifications from EssayPro. Changing the password and viewing your last activity is possible by clicking on the ‘Sign in and security’ tab. The ‘General’ tab allows you to add the name and your phone number.

The EssayPro interface is intuitively understandable and easy to use. Since I was satisfied with the way it worked, I was twice more determined to place my order.
As I mentioned earlier, I had a 4-page essay on History to be done by Friday (the day when I ordered it was Tuesday). However, when I got it an hour before the deadline, I found out it had numerous mistakes in grammar and word choice. Also, certain instructions were missing so I refused to pass it to my professor. Luckily, that paper was not a midterm task that would influence my final grade much so I was not frustrated a lot. At first sight, the top writers seem to quite reliable but still, you may not get lucky when you finally accept someone’s bid. In my case, it was just like that: I accepted the application of one writer who looked the most reliable and affordable but they ended up screwing up my assignment.
Customer Support
Before I placed my order, I contacted Customer Support to get to know about writers’ proficiency in their subject areas. This information was not stated anywhere on the site clearly.
I texted the Customer Support agent on chat hoping to get a fast reply. However, I had to wait for it, and when I finally got it, it was from a different agent. First, they pretended that my question was not clear.
After that, they did not want to give any direct answer which is not how the proper Customer Support should work. It looked like I was demanding something that I was not allowed to know.
The manner of answering the question by questioning back should not be a strategy when talking to a potential customer. Still, I insisted on my question to make sure they employ only recognized professionals on EssayPro.com and see any confirmation of that. As you might have guessed, I was not lucky. When I got my garbage paper from the Essay Pro writer, I tried to figure out how can I get fixed or get my money back. The revision policy of the company allows unlimited revisions until the customer is satisfied with the quality of the text given. However, that is not always an option since you may have no time for revision, as it was in my case. Consequently, I demanded a refund for my paper. I did it by taking the following steps:

The only thing I can say is that they lied about ensuring the satisfaction of their customers since I did not receive any refund. They texted me that the mistakes of the writer were minor and that they need to pay them for the work. Quality of service is super low here so my piece of advice would be to stay away from this service to protect yourself from such a rip-off.
If we take a look at the refund policies, a full refund is provided only in certain cases like the absence of the writer who can complete the task, accidental double-ordering, late delivery of the task, etc. Even if you cancel your order after the writer started writing your paper, you would not receive your money back due to EssayPro desire to compensate their writers. Hence, I can conclude that company policies are more writer-oriented than customer-oriented. Keep that in mind if you are thinking of ordering your homework here.

Finally, let’s see what other people are saying about Essay Pro. It has a quite high rating on TrustPilot and SiteJabber, 4,7 and 4,77 respectively but we would like to dig deeper and see whether there are any customers’ issues with this service.
Positive Essay Pro reviews are too general on SiteJabber and that’s why they don’t look too reliable for me.
However, there were cases with hiring the desired writer. Take a look.
In my opinion, Customer Support should monitor such cases since customers don’t have to worry about the writer’s disappearing after discussing the price.
